Why is my PC so loud?

Wensi

So my PC is extremely loud, and I recently got some birthday money and would like to maybe buy quieter components.

Specs: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/wfzVhM

I don't think it is the 212 evo or reference 970 cooler. I think it is the cheap case fans that I got. If it is, then what new fans should I get? I would prefer something blue, so any suggestions?

It's probably the fans, but any fan will be loud if it's spinning a max rpms.

If you really want blue fans go with something like the Corsair SP120. Otherwise I'd recommend the Noctua NF-F12 and run them at like 700-1000 rpm

Cheap disc drives/mass storage drives me abosultely crazy! They spin so loud. Could be the issue.

If you're referring to Jetflos, they're not crappy. They're good fans designed for high airflow and aren't meant to be quiet.

Some options:

PW2: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/4GsKHx/be-quiet-case-fan-bl047

NF-S12B: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/bKFPxr/noctua-case-fan-nfs12bredux1200pwm

NF-P14S: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/rDrG3C/noctua-case-fan-nfp14sredux900
