I installed my Asus Strix GTX 1080 OC this morning, all seemed fine but after an hour or so of use, both games and web browsing, I got momentary, probably one or two frames of corrupted video. It looked like certain corruption that happens when you push your videocard overclock slightly too far. But I have not overclocked it, It's running at the factory OC mode of 1936mhz and also happens in non-OC mode, temps are at 73c.

I fear my card might be DOA, but I'm not sure. How should I go about diagnosing this issue and pinning it down?

I spend too much on my PC. Then I spend even more on my Sim Rig. Damn, this stuff's expensive.

PSU is a Corsair SF600 that's a couple of months old. I take it even a brand new PSU can have issues? Is Unigine Heaven and Valley a good stress for this purpose or should I try something else? The possibility of the motherboard sounds like a pain to deal with, hopefully since it's only 6 months old it will be good for a while, but I realise any PCB can fail at any time.
