GELID Silent 12 TC Case Fans, Any good?

So, looking for cheap fans, and was looking on local craigslist, found someone selling these on the cheap http://gelidsolutions.com/products/index.php?lid=2&cid=5&id=27

 

Anyone use these fans, I want silence, and decent performance without breaking the bank on $35  CAD noctuas....

 

I should add that I am paying $1 per fan, however I need to buy in bulk, but buying all the fans this guy has is still cheaper than buying a single noctua .......

I previously had their fans/cooler on a GPU and they were pretty good, never used the case ones though.

Silent12's are good and a steal at that price. I'd personally buy every one that guy is selling.
