Which Way Should My CPU Fan?

Hello,

 

I have a cooler master hyper 212 evo cpu fan, with a radiator on one side and an intake fan on the other. The picture shows my cpu and case fan, which is intake, on the back of my case. I was wondering where my cpu fan and radiator should face? Should the cpu fan face the case can, vice versa, or have it a different way?

The case fan is exhaust, and the cpu fan is taking air into the radiator

CPU coolers fan should always blow towards exhaust fan. Since your exhaust is at rear, normal orientation with fan blowing cool air through cooler is just fine. If you would have setup like mine with 2 top exhausts, then fan and cooler should be pointing up towards them. Also, having cooler fan blowing through fins (push) or pulling air from other side (pull) doesn't matter at all.
