you are not going to have a nice time with GTA V or BO3 tbh, not even at low. games like Dota 2, LOL  and CS:GO will however be just fine on low-medium

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

maybe lowest settings at 720p, you could get ~20-30 fps. it will run, just not well enough to really be playable

Yout should be able to run most games from around 2012 at decent settings. Going of the HD4600 in my i5 4440 and i7 4790K. Intel HD4600 do seem to flog the crap out of Ati MR HD5650 and AMD HD7600G (and with single channel DDR3 1333 at that as opposed to dual channel 1GB DDR3 1600 and 512MB shhared DDR3 1333)

so u(Dabombinable) are agreeing with blacklight retribution

This is the first I've heard of it so I can't comment on it. I'm just going off the way the i5 4440 in my brother's desktop is going (its actually making me glad that I didn't get the GT 620 for a dedicated graphics card-the HD4600 smokes it). He mainly plays Oblivion, Halo CE, Trainz Railroad Simulator 2006, TANE, BF1942 and Skyrim once I install it (if he gets tired of Oblivion).

In Overwatch, I locked the game to 30 fps at 1366x768 with every thing at low, 50 % render scale and it seems to be pretty good. The 30 FPS lock holds up for most scenarios, but when you start to get into battles with a lot of effects it will drop to around 25 fps.
