Windows 10 changes brightness?

just looks like "visual" effects to me to make it look nicer. never noticed that when i used 10 though.

You have dynamic contrast ratio enabled on your graphics card drivers or monitor.

It's actually called adaptive brightness, you can change the options in the power options

No, that is not it. This is for devices which ambient light sensors, where it adjust the screen brightness based on ambient light sensor reading,

Hello mod, I dont think that this is it because I have 2 monitors and a tower, so there are no sensors.

For AMD, it's in CCC find Vari-Bright and uncheck the box and hit apply. Not sure about where is it for Nvidia.

The option is there for all, regardless if you have the feature or not.
