i like nvidia and the shield tablet is only $199 why is it so cheap? if its so cheap is it good?

It's the best tablet out there. I use it daily, and most tablets I have tried cannot handle 1080p anime, but this tablet sufficiently done so. Also it's incredibly power efficent.
