Hi guys

i`am thinking of buying a keyboard for someone in my family and i would like your help.

I got a k70 rgb and she loves the idea of rgb lighting on a keyboard, so i would like something with rgb backlighting. It dosen`t matter if the switches are membran or mechanical but of course it would just be a plus if it was a mechanical keyboard. As for price i can be ready to pay something around the 70-80 dollars or lower.

Thanks for your help

$70-80 for rgb MK? Are you having a laff?

For first i didn't say it had to be mecahnical, it could be membran.

Second it has been rgb mecahnical keyboard for around 90 dollars i believe it was ,when the e-element rgb keyboard was on massdrop.

I have seen a $30 model on /r/MechanicalKeyboards/. It looked good and all, but it turned out that the quality was really crappy. A proper MK would cost you $100+, even more if it's RGB and more still if it has per-key lighting. You can find models for less, but they are usually not worth buying because of their quality, or lack of thereof.

You can get a Good Meech keyboard with rgb for under 100. Not amazing, but Good enough.

you can get some RGB mech keyboards for under a $100 but they won't be good and it won't be RGB. Good RGB mech keyboards tend to be $140+. If you're fine with anything thats RGB then just find anything on Amazon that you think looks decent. They are all gonna be the same anyway and break the next day.
