having multiple taskbars

is there a way I can make it to where I have notification bars and clocks on all my taskbars on multiple monitors? im using windows 8.1 if that helps.

The only way to do it is with a third party tool like DisplayFusion. At least the clock part. I'm not sure about the rest.

Yea, you need a software like DisplayFusion.

The closest you have beside that, is just the clock on all your task bars across your screen with Windows 10 with the coming up Anniversary update (notification area remains on the primary monitor task bar)

I don't really wanna have to pay for third party software to do it though. Nor do I plan on upgrading to 10 anytime soon. I've used it on my laptop for about 3 months and it was giving me so many problems that I said no more. Do you know if there's a way it can be done by going through the registry or some free software?

Nope. Multiple monitor software have basic stuff like wallpapers and screensavers as free but more advanced things are paid features. DisplayFusion is no Steam so you can get it discounted when Summer Sale starts.
