This. Plus, I'd wager maybe even a little higher, in the 450-460 region or so. In which case, even stuff like the RX 480 (assuming 3rd party benchmarks follow the same trend) makes more sense for price/performance. It's funny how there's all these reviewers touting price/performance, only to have the most compelling argument shut down by domestic pricing.

430€ will be KFA edition probbably. Keep in mind that KFA2 edition of GTX 1080 costs 660€, so it might be even a bit lower than 430€ for GTX 1070.

Will see in 6 days :)

The 1070 price is around 65% of the 1080, and the 1080 costs 820€ where I live. So the 1070 should cost around 530€. These are all founders edition prices.

GTX1080 KFA2 is 730eu here, 10 more for the EXOC edition.

MSI Gaming edition currently listed for 820eu.

Im not expecting the GTX1070 to be a good success here in europe.

Crazy pricing, probably 450-500eu if not more (considering most aftermarket GTX1080 cards arent actually that much cheaper than the founders edition).

Thats simply out of most peoples price leauge, GTX1060 will now be mainstream.

In a couple of years we'll be paying 300eu for a GTX*40 card.

When I check prices on mindfactory and caseking, I can see KFA edition for 669€.

If GTX 1070 EVGA SC will cost more than 450€, I won't be upgrading my GPU.

Well I can see that average salary in your country is 2100€, so 2x more than in Slovenia, so I think you can afford it more than me xD

What a funny joke hahaha, I love shit posts hahaha (If you cant tell, I am joking.)

As for OP question: In the UK and going off the 1080 pricing I reckon the FE will be £400 and the 3rd party ranging from £300 - £400

where i live... in slovakia... central europe that is... the cheapest 1080 costs 730 euro.... expected price for a 1070 FE here is 518 euro... AIB card should be cheaper than that... so i expect  the price to be between 400 - 450 euro

Intel Core i7 7800x @ 5.0 Ghz with 1.305 volts (really good chip), Mesh OC @ 3.3 Ghz, Fractal Design Celsius S36, Asrock X299 Killer SLI/ac, 16 GB Adata XPG Z1 OCed to  3600 Mhz , Aorus  RX 580 XTR 8G, Samsung 950 evo, Win 10 Home - loving it :D

Had a Ryzen before ... but  a bad bios flash killed it :(

MSI GT72S Dominator Pro G - i7 6820HK, 980m SLI, Gsync, 1080p, 16 GB RAM, 2x128 GB SSD + 1TB HDD, Win 10 home

I reckon 400 for fe and 450 plus for board partner cards

I no nvdia set the recommended price 100 lower on the 1080 but that's what nvdia recommends and I'm yet to see a aftermarket 1080 under the founders edition price,

founders edition is just a joke and a way for nvdia to make more money on refferance cards in my opinion
