internet slowed down when running a game?

so this problem only occured on my laptop MSI PX60 2qd a pretty brand new laptop only used for few months, and when i play overwatch (or launch any game for that matter) my internet basically slowed down and it is shown on my speedtest run, when i ran speedtest on other device at the same time it has different result which other device showed my normal internet speed

 

the first picture is when i already launch a game

then the second picture showed a spike when i close the game

last picture is my actual internet speed when not running games (ran the test right after the last test above)

i have a computer that does not have this issue

no i am not downloading anything even if i do my internet would still be fine on my computer

programs running in the background are standard msi bloatware, avast, nvidia, razer synapse, etc nothing is updating

 

another thing that puzzles me also that this only occur only on my house wifi (my computer also uses the same access point and don't have this problem)

my router is Cisco Linksys E1200

Try using a cat5e cable or a power line
