Cheap HTPC

Recommendations for a cheap HTPC. Prefer mini itx because I already have a case with a built in psu. I think the max wattage is 150 or 200w because of the power adapter. Thanks!

I recommend a Skylake Mini ITX board with a Pentium G4500. Relatively decent dual core CPU with on-board Intel HD 530. The Intel HD 530 is plenty capable of decoding 4K video and even h265. It's also pretty low power and cheap too.

Is Intel's 530 iGpu the same across all of their cpus? Like G4500 vs i3 with same iGpu chip? As long as I can stream 1080p video from the iGpu I'll be fine. I'd like to setup Steam in home streaming as well.

Anything from Intel's Skylake family will be just fine with the IGPU. Even their Haswell family will be enough for 1080p video. A Pentium should be plenty even for in home streaming but if you plan on doing other things in the background like music I would consider an i3.
