If one has a lower CL then grab that.
If they are the same, pick whichever looks better to you.
And get a 1070 instead.

what is CL? I'm blind xD

you mean GTX 1070?

Which ram should I choose? Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LPX PC25600 16GB (2X8GB) 3200MHz or  G.Skill Trident Z DDR4 16GB Kit 3200MHz ?

Cas Latency. It'll look something like this for timing:  14-16-16-31
Or you'll specifically see it say CL: 14

Yes, the GTX 1070.

He means the memory's CAS Latency. Lower latency is faster. It should be in the product specifications for each kit. They may call it "CL," "C#" or "CAS."

I'm actually a fan of both of these brands and usually what I recommend..
If I purchased any other it would be GeIL's LED RAM kits.

Corsair and G.skill are both extremely popular and good choices. I've got 16 GB of Corsair DDR4 in my own system.

Corsair, G.Skill, Kingston/HyperX, Crucial, GeIL, and Mushkin all make good products as far as I'm aware. Once you've picked out the frequency and CAS latency you want, it basically comes down to either price or aesthetics in my opinion.
