Wow he was clearly a passionate CEO, he might have made a few mistakes here and there but with a company the size of Microsoft it's kind of hard not to mess up. Still I wish more CEO's were as passionate as Steve Ballmer.

omg what a legend! he wasnt the greatest ceo but he looks like he would be the coolest one. Its weird i think most CEO's would only be upset about losing there salary but not him he doesnt care about the money he just wants the company.

Most CEOs don't care because they already own stock and have great severance packages/golden parachutes. They're basically covered no matter what.

Where's the rest of it Dammit!  Like the first part.  I guess they don't want to share too much inside info... like when they muted him half way through on microsoft's youtube channel.

Wonder if Balmer will make a video like Gates for his last day at Microsoft.

Ballmer might not have been the best CEO but his energy is unmatched. Seems like a genuinely good guy in many ways and definitely loves the company.

I doubt any possible replacement will be any where near as enthusiastic.

Wow I saw this post a few times and just shrugged it of because I didn't think I'd care for a Microsoft speech but I'm glad I watched it. Inspirational.

Good riddance

Be a bit nicer. I didn't like the guy much either but he is very clearly passionate about the company. Watching the video gave me some feels
