Theoretically...yes? Programmed the right way and maybe with custom or 3rd party software.

Plug'n'play no. (plug both in and expect 2 separate pointers to appear.)

Hi, so i was wondering if you could run 2 mice on 1 pc seperatly, so they can be both moved differently

Thank you in advance

Well I know for sure on a laptop if you plug a mouse in, you can use the track pad and mouse separately as in the both work at the same time. But if you literally move the mouse and move your finger across a track pad a the same time they conflict against on another. Is that what you needed to know? If you wanted to use two mice at the same time to show different individual movements, that cant be done

No, even on a laptop it will still be one curser on the screen, the trackpad and plugged in mouse will control the same curser, there will not be two separate cursors like the OP is asking
