Browns are my favorite and reds come second. If you are gaming or typing get browns or reds. Whenever I use another keyboard that isn't brown or red I just can't type fast at all. I just love the feeling for gaming.

Go to a store and try them out a bit. Some like the tactical bump of Blues, some prefer the Brown's or Red's linear switch design and sound is of course subjective so some people would say don't go for Blues while others don't mind..

The Browns on my Ducky Shine5 KB are absolutely silent compared to Blues on various other KB - they are extremely light as well, so you may or may not like that.  IMO Browns don't really feel all that.."mechanical" to me - no feeling of any bump tactile or otherwise on mine, no auditory sounds either. 

 

Best thing you can do is spend the 15$ on a cherry key switch tester, it has every type on it, 8 to 10 keys come with it, then you can try them all.

If you have them available to try out in store then definitely do so, but I recently found out that you can buy a switch tester from WASD that has a green, clear, red, black, brown, and blue switch so you can feel the different switches and decide from there. They're pretty cheap too, like $15 on Amazon.
