GTX 660 Dead?

OMGitsGhost

I just got a GTX 660 for free and the Fan Twitches once and doesn't run when PC boots. Only a blank screen. I cleaned the part and put new paste.

I'm using a EVGA 500w the only PSU I have.

it might have a broken BIOS

try using nvFlash and see if you can recover the GPU

you will need to use your integrated or another GPU to boot the PC up and let your PC detect the broken GPU

ok maybe you are not able to power two cards at the same time

do you have integrated display?

that cant be right

I have Windows 10 running on Intel HD graphics

you dont need a GPU to run Windows

go to your BIOS and enable the Integrated and boot the system up

you will need the Intel Graphics driver

then look for the nVFlash program online and also the vBIOS for the GTX660
