i would recommend waiting a few weeks and getting a gtx 1080 

 

Or order every part except the gpu

That looks all fine to me, expect I would wait for the GTX 1070 to be relased as it is similar performance to the GTX 980 ti but it's cheaper

The 1070 is released on the 10 of june and the 1080 in two days

Dont pay full price for windows

WD blue are a better choice for only $2 more. 

GTX 1070 will be coming out early next mont, Wait for that.
