custom coolers... (F-86 Saber project)

soo I just need to wait a few months, then I will have enough money for this project. but I am still stuck on a problem.

I need to cool a q6600 and a gpu (most likely a 750ti) inside the engine tube of the jet. (this is the model the pc will be built into) and what im thinking, is that I

could modify some cpu coolers to fit the shape, somewhat. and use a Delta fan   (for cooling effectiveness and sound effect B|)  but im not sure what to take.

I need the highest cpm possible, sound is not a problem (its a jet aircraft build. I need them db !) sooo... yeah ?  im thinking 60mm would be small enough too.
