Thats about as cheap as you can go with an i3-6100 system, obviously you can find cheaper cases and cheaper video cards (the 950 being a large improvement over the 370) but this is about 150$ more expensive than your current plan, but at least it puts you on the latest mainstream socket and you could switch out the i3-6100 for an i5/i7 at a later stage. You can also consider going for the Pentium G4400 to drop another $100 off the CPU so you can upgrade that later down the line.

MOBO=         ASRock AMD FM2+ FM2A68M-HD+                    PBT $76.89

Two things.

The SSDNow performs worse than most SSDs at that price point. Look for a Mushking Reactor or Crucial BX100/200 or A-Data SP550.

That PSU is a risk to your computer. Try this one.

I know, it's double the price. But it's that or risking your computer's death and this one's actually a good value.

If you need to make room in your budget, perhaps ditch the SSD and get one later.

Honestly, since that computer won't pull much power, it's probably fine to get an Antec Basiq or Corsair CX. Just remember that you'll have to upgrade it if you want to put a powerful graphics card in there (when it comes to pushing a lot of power with a power supply, it's less about wattage and more about quality).

Get a Corsair PSU

Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO for cooler

Get a good quality case, like corsair or NZXT, not some random brand that is GOING to be terrible

Wait a few weeks and get the GTX 1070

Corsair PSU's are the best brand.

As a good indicator of which brand to use (and which are good), look at what LTT uses for their builds.

They always have:

Intel CPU

Nvidia GPU

Asus MOBO

Except the GTX1070 is probably going to be double the price of the R7 370 ?

For your case, if you plan to stick to ATX Systems, consider something like a Corsair SPEC case or something like a CoolerMaster Elite case.

You do know about this video, right?

Eh, it's sensationalist and almost pushes the point against your throat ad baculum, but it doesn't stop the fact that CXs should be avoided (unless they're the new design with gray sticker).

Support for DDR4, M.2 NVMe SSDs, Onboard 802.11AC Wireless & Bluetooth 4.0, USB Type-C port, Maximum of 32GB DDR4 @ 3200mhz and support for Intel Socket LGA1151 CPUs in the Skylake and Kabylake series. As Kabylake is set to release around september, you could upgrade to the next generation of CPUs without any other upgrades, basically it has "future proofing" where as with the FM2+ board you have in your build, you're stuck with DDR3, no M.2 support and no wireless/bluetooth or USB Type C, so in the event you wish to upgrade later on you'll need to buy a brand new CPU, Motherboard & Ram whereas with the H170N-WiFi you're able to save up $300~ and upgrade to the next generation Core i7 and keep the rest of your system the same.
