There's nothing wrong with your video, it's just Youtube compression as Damikiller37 stated.

 

@ ok and what has the compression done to the video? because this is one of only a few that ive seen this happen to on Linus's Videos...

It's YouTube's compression and a lower bitrate.
It could be that they choose to export at a lower bitrate or youtube converts it to a lower one to save space.

@KR_king i downloaded it using youtube downloader program... does this change anything? how many videos are converted by youtube?

It doesn't really change anything if you download it or not, the quality won't come back.
It's kinda like resolution, once you scale it down you can't get that quality back.

I would think every video is compressed by youtube, I don't think they can store millions of videos at their original size.

No, its the interwebz compression. I shoot raw and you would not believe the difference I see between the raw file and when I save it to use on the web. Its 35mb to 450kb

better color depth, straight from the sensor almost no compression and a res of 5184x3456 which is higher than 4k

What camera are you shooting raw with?

How are you shooting RAW video with it? The stock Canon firmware doesn't allow that. On top of that it doesn't have over 1080P capability.
