wtf man, r9 390 is "better" then a gtx 970, so of course it's better then a 960, by a long freaking shot. Tho if your still saving money I'd personally wait until polaris is reavealed, or even hit the shelves. That,s going to drive the prices down, if only by a tad bit.

Wait for 1070 to drop because all the maxwell gpus (9xx) will drop in price and they will be all over Craigslist and ebay
