Windows 7 or 10 on mixed-age parts

My computer with mixed age of parts (CPU around 6-4 years and GTX 750ti just 1 year old) have had a lot of problems related to slow downs, crashes (fixed already) and because of this I have had to switch between Win 10, Win 8.1 and 7 around every 1 to 2 months. Since I have managed to fix the problems I experience early, would it be a good idea to go back to Windows 10 though the GWX app? By the way, I run programs like P3D and Premiere Pro on a regular basis but I have no issues over than errors related to those programs and my installation.

I find Windows 10 works fine with my 6 year old rig which consists of Intel i5 760 CPU, ASUS P7P55D-E Mobo and GTX 970 (upgraded from GTX 460).

 

However the drivers for the Intel Chipet and Asus MOBO I have are not available for Win10 from ASUS website. I used the Win8 drivers and installed them via Device Manager. I do not have any problems with W10 system appears to be pretty stable.
