i am not an overclocker soo putting a bigger cooler is not a great idea.

money not a problem.

just wanted to confirm that there should not be much difference in performance.

there will be no negative effect on the performance

I am using CM hyper 212x(2000 rpm) cpu cooler and its v noisy. I was thinking of buying and replacing NF-F12(1500 rpm) with the 212x stock fan. Soo will it make difference in cooling as the rpm is low.

Thanks

it will perform the same but be quieter

also putting a $20 fan on a $25 cooler?

maybe you just want to get a bigger air cooler?
