¿How often do you have to upgrade or it's recommended your graphic card?

I have an R9 Nano ¿how long do you think It will last me playing games ultra and high?

half as often as your CPU. Last year alot of people where doing GPU upgrades for i5 2500K systems so that should give you a pretty good idea.

 

Any later in the cycle and you start getting bottlenecking.

I would say you are good for the next 3-4 years (not on high but on medium)

You are completely fine keeping that card until R9 500/ GTX 1100.

3-4 Years usually i am still on Gigabyte GTX 670 Windforce from 2012-2013 time to upgrade for sure now.
