Far Cry Primal crash / freeze issue when loading game

For some reason this game doesn't want to work with my R9 Nano, but works with GeForce 8600GT...
The game freezes when trying to continue game or load a previously saved game. Benchmark -option also freezes. Menu works fine, I can change all the settings normally etc.

What I've tried:

- Added the game to exceptions in firewall.
- Try with newer drivers (16.4.1, 16.5.1 Hotfix).
- Uninstalled all drivers with DDU and reinstall.
- Uninstalled AMD's Gaming Evolved App.
- Re-downloaded and re-intalled the game.
- Verifying all the files.
- Run the game from Steam.
- Disabled ingame-overlay from Steam and Uplay.
- Run the game, Steam and Uplay as administrator.
- Run Uplay in Offline-mode.
- Run the game in windowed, borderless windowed mode etc...
