YouTube Unwanted Ads, How to get rid of them?

Hi.

 

Recently, I have been getting very weird ads on YouTube, the banner below a video. It is mainly about 'dating Russian girls' and I do not want these ads.

 

Is there a way to get back to normal-ish ads that aren't about me dating Russians?

BTW: I use Google Chrome on Windows 10 and it is only on YouTube. I do not use Adblock either.

Use Ublock Origin mate. You can whitelist sites if you like, to show their ads, or keep them blocked on sites you don't want them.

There are still way to support content creators even with adblock like YouTube + which can display ads for channel you are subscribed to or anyone and you can even remove ads outside of the video page if you want.

Im happy to just ignore them and not have the hassle of micro managing what I do and do not see, and who I do and do not support

Never really been that bothered by ads, 99% of the time they go unnoticed

Hey man, that website you linked me to really only talked about how AdSense works, not how to filter the types of ads you get.
