Which case fan should I get?

Phanteks PH-F120SP or Fractal Design H12-BK
They will be for the bottom of my case, InWin 805, on top of dust filter and possibly right next to a hard drive cage (maybe).

Really doesn't matter, I would just go with whichever you like the looks of better.

My only input is that I have a couple Phanteks fans and they're very quiet, at max speed there's a whoosh of air flowing and a very slight hum
