I'm never going to buy a product from Cooler Master again. I am so frustrated with their service and it's getting to the point where I think I might never get my keyboard back.

My first product I have purchased from them broke in a month (CM Storm quickfire Rapid), and now it has been 8 weeks since I shipped my keyboard in and they still haven't shipped the item back! I'm so confused on why it has taken this long. NO RMA SHOULD TAKE OVER 8 WEEKS! I have contacted them 3 times now and they said it would be shipped out two weeks ago! They wont tell me why it is taking this long and the only thing they offered me for this stupidly long RMA is 3-5 day shipping... Isn't that the basic shipping? 

 

Has anyone else had this much frustration with Cooler Master?

 

Should I just keep contacting them daily until my product gets shipped?

 

What more can I do to ensure I get my keyboard as soon as I can?

Sorry to hear about your luck with Cooler Master.  I've personally never experienced this with them as it's been many years since I've owned any of their products.  Truth told, I was never impressed.

A quick search reveals that It doesn't look like they really care about what their customers think about their Better Business Bureau rating as they have a big fat F.

I would start by filing a complaint with BBB.  They tend to get a little more interested in your case when they have public complaints posted without any resolution.  Also, email them vice calling them if you can find a customer support email.  Email trails can help pin people to responses.

I think I've RMA'd some computer hardware once in my life. After that, I prefer to buy a new one of the same product and swap/return. Not quite legit/conscionable, but I pay for products to work, not to get a big run around by customer service. 

 

Done this a number of times for Logitech mice. 

 

And if the product is no longer available new then it's obsoleted and time for something new anyways.
