I agree but they are super expensive where I live on a budget of 100 to 160 dollars.

Look for a G2, GS, GQ, or B2 from EVGA. A HX,RMi, AX, or AXi from Corsair, An Antec High Current Pro, Platinum, EDGE, or True Power Classic, or another XFX, hopefully a TS Gold, PRO XXX, or XTR.

Well I had my XFX for 4 years now and I feel like its time to upgrade. It makes weird noises and I fear it might die on me. Here is my specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7 6700.
CPU heatsink: Noctua NH-U12S.
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 8GB.
Mainboard: ASUS Z170-A.
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 390.
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD.
HDD: Seagate 3TB 7200rpm.
PSU: XFX 750 watt.
Case: Corsair Obsidian 450D.
I am looking for a 850 watt power supply want to give my system more room to breathe. Also I have a budget of maximum 100 - 150 dollars.
I want a good power supply would be nice to have an 80+Gold but I want reliability so I don't end up like this guy:

When in doubt, go seasonic.

A 750W should be enough to power that system no problem. If its just the PSU that is about to die, get one from someone like Corsair or any other reputable brand. You should not need to go higher than 750W

Seasonic is top-tier for psu's.

My go-to resource for PSU's is JohnnyGURU. Many units are made by other companies, ie most XFX units are made by Seasonic. I always with GURU to see what they recommend. Even fairly well-known companies make bad eggs from time to time.
