You can use a tool like HW monitor, however I'm not sure how accurate it is anymore (battery wear fluctuates on my laptop from day to day)

you cant know how many battery cycles a battery has done unless you count them manually

Looks like the battery in my 3 years old laptop still can hold a charge as large as it was designed to hold.
