Best $650 CAD PC

So after lots of assesment, I realized I don't need overclocking. So I changed my budget to 650 CAD though if necessary I can go to 775 CAD. This build is without a GPU as I will be getting one when Pascal and Polaris come out. I also don't need storage How's this?

I'd like to keep the S340 unless there is a similar looking one for cheaper. Thanks!

Are you buying that now? Do you have spare parts lying around?

as here's about what I'd suggest, probably just upgrade to that i5 6500 though

MSI overall has the best budget 1151 boards, all the ones I've looked at offer USB 3.1 and good power delivery

If you're planning on gaming you might as well get the low end GPU so you can get something done, as intel's iGPU is effectively worthless overall on non broadwell chips.

I'm gaming on an E1-2500 integrated GPU so I'm used to really bad quality. The fact it's on a desktop and is on a highish end GPU means it will be much better that what I currently have, until Polaris, I'm basically going to just be playing CS:GO

I suppose it'll be fine for that, maybe find a used cheap GPU somewhere potentially, otherwise motherboard thing still stands, save the money there and upgrade to 16gbs of RAM or something

Get 1 (or two if you can spend the extra 30-40$) stick of 8gb ddr4, if it doesnt cost much premium  something a bit faster than 2133.

Also for that price range you can get better mobos, even z170s for 20$ less.

I have a similar recommendation that is a Micro-ATX build. Are you fine with that?

As far as suggestions, the only things I'd change are:

1) Memory: Get a single channel kit. Upgrading to 16GB in the future would be easier and cheaper.

2) PSU: For a gaming build, I'd get something better.

Here's my list, tax included.

That 650w is a 650w GQ power supply which is basically a semi modular GS/G2. Thats actually a good idea going mATX 'cause that saves me a lot of money. Ill get back to you with a similar one
