Download Xubuntu From CD

Fianlly got it half way there. I've burned Xubuntu onto a CD. It's in my old PC right now and I'm not sure how to get it going from there. By the way the program already in the PC is Windows ME. Any ideas what to do? I've tried F8 and F12 when it boots but F12 doesn't do anything and F8 is just as useless.

Delete? I dunno, it's always different with different computers. Can you find a PDF manual for the machine online?
