Honestly get a good 970, the cheapest is cheap for a reason.

But I would recommend the 390 over the 970, but if you must 970 then here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487136

Wouldn't suggest that, the cooler is loud and is just recycled from the GTX 760.

There are a couple 970 models on EVGA's B Stock page right now.  For air cooling, pick the SC+, to put a waterblock on, you'll want the SSC.
