A desktop.

What budget? most of the low end laptops with a dedicated GPU are going to be crap overall.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

And like you don't have a desktop PC? is it completely out of the question or something? because you can get an i3 + 380 4GB for like 500 bucks

Naw man, here, you don't need the high end cooler for the locked CPU, and it isn't going to be much better than a Hyper 212 anyways

The Case, is a waste, and you're spending a ton on peripherals you probably don't need to spend too much money on. Like start cost effective, then as time goes on and sales happen, buy something nicer then

Try starting at the Coolermaster Devestator II bundle here under 40 bucks for a solid keyboard/mouse

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823129043&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-Gaming+Keyboard-_-N82E16823129043&gclid=CKKeq_rircwCFYaTfgodaf0J2Q&gclsrc=aw.ds

and headsets in general aren't a good idea, especially highly overprivced ones, a desktop microphone will give you superior quality, or a mod mic is pretty solid and you can add it to any headphone, and if you care about audio quality you're going to want a DAC/AMP for audio quality, not just expensive headphones

If you want a quiet optimized PC go for the Silencio 352 case

Also what is your monitor set up? Just a single 1080p 60hz IPS display? You could also invest in a better display for gaming like a 1080p 144hz free-sync display at $250 which I can assure you will be better for gaming than a higher end mouse/keyboard
