what to upgrade

new pc build, bit of a budget. gaming and everyday use such as word documents and maybe a little video edditing.

should i go for

i7 6700k with a gtx 970

or

i5 6600k with a gtx 980

i5 6600k with 980

or xeon 1231 v3 if your going to do alot of video editing

Well the gtx 980 has an awful price/perfomance ratio to be honest while both CPU's are great, depending on if you edit a lot and to similar stuff the i7 would excel, but i just wouldn't go for a 980 personally.
