High end processor and low end graphics card -.-

I had thought so. It isnt delivering the full performance I was expecting from the CPU

you should ask advice for building a better pc for your budget btw

I use this for games like Minecraft and Gmod and school use. This system works fine.

sure it works fine, but its not a great value

you can get it if you want, no objection here

What is making it less valuable

the cpu and gpu

cpu is great for multithreaded work, but if your main objective is to game and do average browsing, an i5 4th or 6th gen will serve you better

gpu is not a great value, i suggest bumping it up to a 750Ti atleast, an r9 380 or 390 would be a great value (depending on what cpu you get) but it's way over your budget i suppose

i would use stock cooler unless you have the extra cash and the cash cant be used to upgrade core components

I plan to upgrade the gpu to a 380 and the cpu I am using for browsing and light gaming.

if you plan to upgrade soon, i suggest getting a 6th gen i5 and use the integrated gpu until you can get the r9 380 (or pascal/polaris)

so you wont end up with a spare gpu and you'll have a much better cpu for gaming

I dont recommend Razer product too much, because is like 20$ more thant better other products. Go and buy the G502 Proteus (best wired mouse as far as i know)  without rgb and you will get it for around 40$. Basically because your paid more for the Mark Razer,
