Msi afterburner Core voltage not working

How can i be able to move the slider bar for the core voltage? It is frozen and has no numbers. i have a hd 7700/r7 770

Not all graphics cards allow you to adjust the core voltage. Some cards have a locked voltage from the factory.

Have you tried unlocking voltage control? Just press ´Settings´ and check the box that says "Unlock voltage control".

I know what a Radeon HD 7770 is...but what is R7-770, if I may ask?

Keep in mind, some graphics cards are voltage locked -- you cannot adjust the GPU voltage(s).

 

You may test your luck, though, and try other overclocking software, such as:

  • Sapphire TriXX
  • ASUS GPU Tweak

For an example, when I had my (three) HD 5850's, my XFX branded card did not have any voltage adjustments in MSi Afterburner. Odd thing was, voltage adjustment was available through Sapphire TriXX. XFX branded card on Sapphire software.

yes, on the side of the card it says  R7 770 XFX and im trying the sapphire
