Nexus 4. It is truly awesome. :)

Rig: CPU: 1x quad core potato(4.6GHz). Cooling: Iced Tea. GPU: AMD HDToaster. Motherboard: Asus "Stale Bread Extreme Edition". RAM: 2x 4GB sticks of 1600MHz celery. PSU: 650w Roborovski Hamster in wheel.  Storage: Many Floppy Disks.

Ive had every iphone, and a handful of decent android devices but i still prefer my iPhone 5

Was my iPod Touch 32Gb (not sure which one) IOS 6.0.1. Now my new baby is the Google Nexus 7 32Gb Wifi/3G running the latest version of ICS.

Edit: Planning on getting the Nexus 4 to replace my Blackberry 8520 and iPhone 3G 32Gb
