Part it out, that's the best way to make money. Price each component competitively, and use your wits so you don't price it too high like a bunch of people do. The more you lower it the faster it will sell, but of course you won't make as much. Craigslist is very quick, a little risky but I've never had problems. eBay is nice as you can sell for higher prices and have a wider customer range, but you have the hassle of feedback and shipping and everything.

If you can though I'd sell the CPU, mobo, and RAM as one, FX processor platforms don't sell very well so you have to sweeten the deal a bit. Other than that I think you could sell the PSU and case together, as selling the case will be a bit tough. GPU and drives should easily go on their own and quickly too.

Edit: I sell my own parts all the time and make trades and stuff, and I used to work in IT as an equipment resale specialist, so I know my way with eBay through that, Craigslist I know based off of my personal stuff. By the way, it helps a lot if you live near or in a large city, that way you have more people in your area that might want to buy.

What case? Also, It would probably be all together (or something.) I would probably sell it to a friend or something

My mistake, I didn't read the parts list all the way through. But yeah, sell the CPU and mobo as one, you could maybe get away with selling the RAM by itself but it would be better to sell with the CPU and mobo.

If you sell it to a friend then the price is entirely up to you by then, I was talking about selling to strangers. If I sell stuff to my close friends then I sell it for way lower than you could ever find because I know them well and all, but it depends entirely on who you're selling it to if to a friend.

It would most likely be a friend or a friends friend. If i need to though im going to Ebay or Craigslist. (If i get really desperate when I have the rest of the money.) I asked just so I have a rough average of what I need to save (or start saving) so I can get it when im ready

eBay or CL would get you the most money, you won't be influenced by friends or anything. But for a very rough estimate of the complete system, depending on the level of care, I'd say around $400-500.

Ok. It would technically be prebuilt for my friends (or anyone) so im guessing i could get more money for that?
