Getting This When Booting Windows on USB

I followed a bunch of tutorials and stuff to make a bootable USB of Windows 10 and just plugged it into my PC, which currently has no OS installed. Upon hitting F11 on startup, I get the following on screen

Where did you get the iso and what tool did you use to make it bootable? It looks like a utility terminal but it may be windows server/shell I just havent really looked at those.

I recommend the isos at getintopc and using rufus

You followed complicated guides online, when you have 1 click solution from Microsoft that works?!

I got the ISO from the Microsoft website and I used some weird youtube tutorial for making it bootable cause I used  my macbook to make the USB
