they are bad, just buy some hyperX cloud.

You need to put a little more than "they are bad"

Do you have a link to either of those?

Cheaper G430s: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/logitech-headphones-981000536

G633: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/logitech-headphones-981000586

Currently I was thinking about getting

Headphones: Logitech G430 7.1 Channel Headset  ($72.96 @ Amazon)

however I was wondering if there were any purple ones or other teal colored headphones available on the market? Never used the high quality headphones before do they make a difference when gaming?

If you've previously won the build off please pm me so we can get something worked out.

1. You can get those headphones much cheaper.

2. if color is something you care about, check out the G633s, they are programmable RGB. Pricey, but super high quality.

Sound quality is bad compared to what you can get for the same money, like 99% of all headsets. Did I mention that all Logitech headsets are bad compared to what you can get for the same money.

that sounds like fanboyism.

I just got a pair of G933s that sound AMAZING. You cannot generalize an entire brand like that.

NO you sir need to learn the difference between sound quality and signature.

Yes I can when I have heard headphones with the same sound SIGNATURE and their sound QUALITY was better than the logitech ones.
Logitech makes some of the more okay headsets, but still bad compared to headphones with the same signature. I have not heard a single pair of logitech headsets that was good for the price and I have heard them all.
I can also say that Razer is utter shit at making sound because that is a fact.

The only headsets I would never recommend are Hyperx Cloud, Hyperx Cloud core, Sennheiser game zero and Sennheiser game one. The Sennheiser headsets are only if you dont want a separate headphones and mic

I will agree with you on Razer, but i have used a pair of clouds and the G933s sound far superior. I would even say that the G930s sound better once you adjust the equalizer.

Thanks for this....color is an important thing as I want it to match my fiances build. Either white, purple, or teal. Really don't want white tho, shows everything to quickly.

If you've previously won the build off please pm me so we can get something worked out.

I dont think they sound that good and the g930 also cost more than the cloud. I had the g35 when they came out (the wired version of the g930) I thought they were good and all that, then I tried something better and cheaper I thought g35 was bad after and it went on like this and now well you can just see my signature.
