Dicksmith liquidation - MWave exchanging dicksmith gift cards with thier own

On the 4th of January,  Dicksmith went into revceivership and stopped the sales with gift cards, making dicksmith gift cards essentially worthless. 

 

MWave is now doing an exchange program so you can exchange your dicksmith gift cards and store credit with MWave store credit.

I'm glad that Dick Smith has folded up, their products were very average and the pricing was through the roof.

The last couple of times I've walked past Dick Smith stores, there was '50% OFF MASSIVE SAVING EVERYTHING MUST GO' signs plastered over every square inch of their storefronts.

It's awesome that MWave is picking up the ball, because they have great pricing and are likely to score a lot of customers by exchanging gift cards.
