The FTW is, in general, slightly higher binned, so it has a very slightly higher stock clock. I would just grab a stock ACX if you want to grab an ACX 960.

At that price point the R9 380x is the best deal if you don't need any nvidia specific features - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202183&cm_re=r9_380x-_-14-202-183-_-Product

I need NVIDIA features, I will stay with NVIDIA in this case.

The $20 difference worth it?, I will have more FPS during gaming?.

Yes you will have more frames with the higher clocked one, and if you OC it even more you will gain a higher graphical increase

Anything over 190$ for a 960 isn't worth it. The performance is too low to make a difference. As for features, unless you have a G-sync monitor, everything else has an AMD counterpart

Will there be a difference? Yes.

Will you see the difference? No.

You can calculate the percentage difference by dividing the FTW clock speed by the SSC clock speed. The percentage difference that you get will be the performance increase you will get with the FTW which is very minimal and unnoticeable. Personally, I find I need at least a 25% difference in order to notice any sort of performance increase.

Get the cheaper one and be happy with it. No discernible difference. :)
