That's what I use.  It's up to you on whether or not you want the extra features of Pro.  Most people don't need those features.  Do a quick Google search for the differences between the versions.

Just a side note... while Windows 32-bit SUPPORTS 4GB of RAM, it doesn't address 4GB of memory, but rather ~3.5 to ~3.7GB depending on your hardware configuration.

And you should consider a CPU Upgrade. Dual Core is a hinder in some modern Games. Some even refuse to start. You dont need a highend CPU as long you have 4 Cores.

I could sell the whole tower though I bought the whole PC for $700 back on 2011 And I might sell the tower for about $250 to 300
