Newegg has the 27" version up as a new arrival, but Google has been less than helpful with the 23" version in the US, but a number of options in Europe show up. Here is the monitor on LG's Italian website:

Some monitor are only sold on specific region, It usually has to do being the same monitor, but the looks is different.
