Pc build below.....Should i slap a 380x and watercool that 955? Or just sell it for like $200 redo it

CPU Ryzen 5 3600 -  GPU GeForce GTX 1060 3GB - MOTHERBOARD Asus B550 Plus - - HARD DRIVE WD Blue 1TB - MEMORY Corsair 16GB DDR4

Reason - I have that CPU and have been urging to get a new CPU to get out of the current bottleneck situation
