To start with my setup is:
MB: MSI C236A
CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1275 V5 3,6 GHz
GPU: Intel HD Graphics p530
RAM: 2x Crucial DDR4, 16GB, 2133MHz, CL15 (CT16G4DFD8213)
SSD: Samsung 950 Pro 512GB M.2 NVMe
PCIe: TP-Link Archer T6E (wi-fi internal card)

After I have finished building my PC, I've followed the MB instructions, and after that I've installed Windows 10 OS (64bit). All was working perfectly, but since I have only wi-fi connection available, I have had to buy a wi-fi PCIe card. After installing it everything was also working perfectly, and I've connected my PC to internet.
The problem started when the 'MSI Live Update 6' showed that there are several updates available, starting with a new 'MB BIOS'. So I clicked update, after that I did get a command that the keyboard and mouse would be disabled and not to turn off the power. After that PC went off and didn't want to restart. Furthermore the CPU EZ Debug LED started to glow ever since then. Please let me know if there are any solutions to this problem, I've tried Reseting BIOS following the MB manual by clearing cmos jumper, but it didn't help.

All of the components selected to build this PC are compatible with this MB.

unless you have dual BIOS or an option to flash BIOS from a USB drive (like asus motherboards do) then you just bricked your board

this is why you NEVER update BIOS unless you are having a serious issue or hardware incompatibility
