Cooler Master Seidon 120V vs Corsair H55

So I'm looking at either of these two water coolers to put in my second rig which has a 4690k and the Silverstone SG13 case. The reason for the 120mm AIO instead of an air cooler is there is no space for an air cooler, so please don't recommend the 212 EVO or similar cooler.

Does anyone have experience with these coolers? I've heard some bad things about the 120V and wanted to hear someone's first-hand experience.

The Seidon 120V is also £10 cheaper than the H55 on Amazon UK.

With the Seidon 120V, factor in the cost of at least 1 new, quiet high static pressure fan.

This question has been asked online several times. It looks like the 120V is the slightly better performer (mainly because of the fan), but it's also considerably louder.

 

Edit: Also the H55 looks like it is the Asetek design, and from personal experience I'd say that pump is a little bit tricky. I got coil whine with mine on the H110 and had to lower it slightly.

 

Edit2: If it also has the same fans with my model, which as I see it probably does, those are quite loud too. The models with the gray fans are better.
