Best no GPU build for $1000 CAD

So I finally got my Easter paycheck so that's $1000 CAD in my bank. I'm waiting until Polaris and Pascal for a GPU because I hear the next generation is going to bring lots of improvements and they'll be released around when I get most of my money (Thanksgiving, Christmas and my Birthday). But I'd like to buy the main system now with my $1000 as I see no improvement in this build unless I spend 200 more for an i7 (Which I may do if you guys think I should do it). The build will be black and blue and I'm willing to paint accents on the motherboard like heatsinks not RAM slots, PCIe or any connector so no red PCIe slots please. I'd also like the board to look half decent and I'd like to do some nice OCing on it (6600K to 4.3-4.5) with the Dark Rock 3. I chose it because it's very well performing and looks very nice. The CPU cooler is one thing I'm not changing and same thing with the S340/H440, and the 6600K unless it's worth 200 for the 6700K. I will be gaming (AAA titles), Editing, Rendering, and Programming. I will be getting a 1080 or AMD equivalent when it comes out so 1440p will not be problem. Until then I will use integrated graphics and mainly play CS:GO and Space Engineers (CPU and RAM intensive). I also will be getting an SSD when I can get one (End of summer) and until then I have a 750GB 7200RPM drive so I will be good until the SSD and a 2TB Black I'm going to get after the GPU. I'm used to a 5400RPM hard drive, plus if I wait I'll get the SSD for free

Well, if you know the performance hit of not having a ssd and are willing to deal with it, I guess you have the final call on whether to get one.

 

But I personally would get one.

I was contemplating the motherboard but it's too red for me. I'm going to order that PSU right now though, that is a steal. Not sure about the CPU cooler though. Pus the UD3 costs the same as the Gaming 5. Forgot to mention my list included tax, woops

For the same price ($10 less), you're getting much better performance with the build I chose. Cooler temps (better cooler), more CPU performance, better PSU; basically, better everything.

I'm getting that PSU now but I can't afford that build because I forgot remove the cost of tax. I really only have like $850

They don't include Tax in Canada. And I have my PCPP add 13% tax automatically which is why my stuff costs so much in my Canadian lists
